There's no way AB is going to conform to the Pats system. They are going to need to let him do his own thing and allow him to break rules or it won't work. Look at his comments in the instagram post right before he was released
It's all about him and not a team. He blatantly says so.
You are...
You wonder about mental illness or brain injury when he's posting the Raiders fine letter from the GM with the following comment.
"When your own team want to hate but there's no stopping me now devil is a lie"
His thought process seems disorganized and bizarre here.
AB recorded a private phone conversation with his coach and posted it on social media for his own benefit. It's illegal in California and in many states to record phone calls without the consent of both parties. But legality aside, think about that for a second. That's such a complete and utter...
That approach won't work with AB. He will need to be coddled and exceptions will need to be made for his behavior throughout the season for this to have any chance.
Why does the league even allow balls to be manipulated and spec'd by the teams? Everyone just use the same footballs that come from the league. Maybe this will put an end to that.
This makes it sound like the refs checked the footballs before the game and they were fine but then someone got to them and took the air out of them after they were checked.
The Patriots used deflated footballs during the AFC Championship game. "11 balls were under inflated by 2 lbs each."...
That's not really statistically significant.
Apparently Bill's interpretation is incorrect regarding the push being from the second level according to referee Bolger.
“The call was that No. 94 on the defense pushed his teammate into the formation,” Boger said. “That is a rule change for 2013...
Thankfully he didn't blow his head off. That would have made it that much worse.
It's public record.
Maybe someone who is thinking about killing themselves will hear it and better understand the trauma they will be putting their loved ones through.
Falling asleep at the wheel is common, but how many instances are there of someone falling asleep and driving their vehicle off a 100 ft cliff? That's very rare. Seau did this a few hours after he was arrested for domestic violence. Then he ends up committing suicide. There is a chance the drive...
I think players are beginning to understand now, but most players who have played in the NFL definitely did not know what they were signing up for. No one had a clue that there was this kind of lasting damage to the brain. We are going to see a lot more early retirements.
MVP is Rodgers. If you look at their games GB is not blowing people out. They are winning hard fought, often closely contested games and Rodgers is the difference. He is also having one of the greatest seasons a QB has ever had.
Re: "Take the loss like a man"
Did Deion Branch really pull an LT and say the Jets celebrated in a classless manner? Was LT dancing on the Pats logo at midfield or something? What is he referring to?
Re: Benching Welker- Pathetic
There's a lot of overreaction to the benching of Welker. It was only for one series and certainly had nothing to do with the outcome of the game. This is a total non issue except for those that like a philosophical debate on how BB disciplines those who break team...
