On the final Watkins play, for what it's worth, on the NFL Network both McGinest and Robinson thought he was down in bounds because Watkins went out of bounds backwards. They said if he had been falling forwards the clock would have stopped. So they both agree with DaBrinz and BostonStraggler...

They have already made it a point of emphasis, at least against New England. Offense Pass Interference calls are way up from 2014. The Patriots had 5 called all last year. They already have 5 this year.
