You're mixing together several points of view. They may overlap but they are not "atheism" nor are they limited to atheists.
Marxism, for example, is not atheism.
"...the real news isn't about a Supreme Being, but rather what can now be achieved in scientific fields using superior technology..."
Of course atheism is a non-scientific belief. (fortunately, there aren't many -- if any -- atheists who believe that atheism should be taught as science)
I'll take our 4th Super Bowl win along with this sham of a investigation over the pre-SB 2-14 and 1-15 seasons.
I feel bad for anybody who feels personally betrayed or now has less interest in the team, though.
Sure, he could have done that, and I would have preferred it, I just don't think that an appeal with Goodell at the helm gets anywhere -- that's why I said no realistic options, rather than no options.
This is almost certainly correct.
There was an article about this a day or two ago in the Wall St Journal, in the wake of the suit against Pacquiao and others. Along with the jets suit, others have been filed and dismissed under the same reasoning -- suits regarding the Tyson / Holyfield...
I don't think they were going through the motions at all.
Mayweather is just a phenomenal boxer. It's not much fun to watch if you're not a fan of the sport, but that's not the same as a lack of effort.
That's because Klitschko is another guy who fights smart and is very difficult to fight against. He's bigger than his opponents, can knock a guy out with either hand and he does hold a lot when the other guy gets inside (as Jennings did a lot).
People who wanted to see a brawl -- and that's...
Jennings showed something against Klitchko, I thought. I haven't seen Wilder fight yet.
There are some other great boxers to watch in other divisions, though. GGG fights again in a couple weeks. I really like Terence Crawford, too.
There's nothing unfair about it. It's just an advantage.
And Mayweather did much more than just throw a few jabs. It's not like his jab is Klitchko's and Pacquiao had to be careful about getting caught by it.
Pacquiao tried attacking, but Mayweather is an incredible defensive fighter and a...
I would have liked him back to, and never wanted Pierzynski, either. (though presenting the 2 as an either/or is less straightforward given contract lengths)
We don't know if the offers were similar and we don't know what he would have done if presented with equal offers from both teams.
But we do know that the Jets had more cap room. So to say that we could have had him for a reasonable $ amount just because one thinks he sugned for a reasonable...
What Revis signed for with the Jets isn't what he would have cost us, most likely. He may have preferred them, all else equal, and the Jets could have sweetened their offer.
The only way the Pats could have ensured keeping Revis was by exercising their option.
I think it's hard to tell much when they're wearing baseball uniforms. I found this from a couple years ago:

Looks about the same size to me.
