Heard about a missed chop block on a screen to White a few plays before too. Don't know if it really was one, but that would have changed a lot of things.
I think the "hold" on Cannon is close.
The facemasks should have been called both. That would have offset the holding penalty on the...
Maybe I'm wrong, but he seemed hobbled to me at times. On the called-back TD by the steelers he was trailing his receiver by several steps and looked slow. On another occasion he seemed limping, but maybe I was mistaken.
The coverage on the TD was good, nice play by the WR to get both feet down...
He's fun to watch when he gets going, the 3&11 conversion against the Cardinals was a beauty...he shook Peterson out of his shoes.
To the eye he seems just inconsistend from game to game, sometimes even from play to play.
Surprising to me he said they wanted to improve the running game but didn't draft or acquire one. Sounds like they saw the problems more on the o-line.
Would've been interesting to hear his take on Mingo!
Because he won a Superbowl and his chances to win another one, even sitting on the bench, outweigh being a starter in Cleveland by far.
I'd prefer winning being part of the team 100 times out of 100. It's not that he didn't contribute at all to the win; I'm sure he worked hard in the background...
How about Ricky Stanzi? Was already on the team for some time last year, probably knows the system and won't cost much for the 4 games! If I remember correctly they already worked him out during the offseason.
Maybe an UDFA, but I don't see any real benefit in drafting a rookie this year.
Fortunately Scar is juping back in, but he can and will only be a short-term solution simply because of his age. I hope they're planning the bridge to the next guy better than with Googs.
I remeber wondering why they were bringing in somebody from outside for such a critical position...don't we...
Compared to the testing results of develin he seems smaller but relatively more athletic. Wonder how he would be used here, don't think that size-wise he's a pure FB. Looks more like a TE to me, but I'm inexperienced so I might be wrong.
Who's their 4th corner? If Harris isn't effective apparently Roby would go outside, but then who's coming in in the slot? I think that could be the biggest advantage for the Pats and Amendola, or whoever playing in the slot, could have a huge game.
Very happy the Broncos didn't get Thomas even if they were giving away their 1st and 2nd rounders in 2016: they're an already talented team, it's tough to find a HOF-caliber LT with late picks in the 1st or 2nd (so I prefer they kept them instead of getti, plus they already have a heavily...
Doesn't really sound like a BB-type WR with the uninspired and weak blocking. Maybe just a KR & PR as they might not risk Edelman or Amendola because of the shallow WR depth on the team. Otherwise this move is rather confusing...what does he offer more than KT or Harper?
It's awful...I was in complete confusion and shock when I first saw the new site.
I spent really a lot of time on there, now I only go there once a day, for like 30 seconds to read the headlines and leave disgusted.
what about B.J. Raji from the Packers? He was injured last year and might come cheap; don't know how he performed before and if he would fit?
Besides that I would strongly support signing Knighton: he would be an instant upgrade against the rush and the pass on the DL.
An interior of Knighton...
