KJ Osborn is an NFL WR. The pats had many games last year where they were rotating non-NFL WRs including Thornton, Juju & Reagor. He has a 100.4 career passer rating when targeted, some deep threat ability & can play outside & the slot.
1. Douglas
2. Day 2 rookie
3. Osborn
4. Bourne recovering...

QBs EPA minimum 500 plays from 2021-2023:
Brissett 20th/43
Mac Jones 31st/43
Fields 36th/43
The idea of pairing one of the worst QBs in the NFL with MHJ was one of the more annoying storylines recently.
lions - superbowl contender
packers - playoff team, darkhorse superbowl contender
bears - dj moore & keenan allen at WR with an improved defense
I’ve been on team draft a QB at 3 but if the vikings want to be stupid and include their 2025 first you should think about it.
Start at 7:35. The...

Outside of Tyron Smith there is barely anyone left. Williams is debateable but with his injury history not sure he’s worth it obviously.
Barring a trade I would expect:
• The pats carry over ~35...
How are the pats going to spend 150+ million in cap space in 2025 (that's what it might be with rollover) when there is 1 draft pick worth re-signing across two draft classes?
WR1 - Demario Douglas - Promising player. He was above average in separation & was top 5 in the NFL in YAC. Not close to a #1 WR but may develop into a WR2
WR2 - Kendrick Bourne - WR entering 8th year with career high 800 receiving yards in a season & coming off a torn ACL
WR3 - JuJu...

Pats have some flexibility upfront considering Sow was pretty good as a rookie. Add Tyron Smith & they could draft BPA at 34 atleast.

They would arguably be the best DL in the NFL & elevate the defense to top 5. Also, this is why I'm not ruling out the pats being competitive next year. Players like wilkins, ridley, etc. would help a lot towards improving the talent on the team.
A 20th ranked...
There should only be room for one of the overpaid vets. Ideally Parker or Juju wouldn't see the field.
1. Ridley (potentially the only WR1 available)
2. Douglas
3. Pick 34 or 68
4. Parker or Juju
5. Day 3 rookie
The team can take the dead cap hit. Both of them shouldn't be clogging roster...
Andrew Brandt, who was a vice president with the Packers from 1999 to 2008 when Wolf was in the initial years of his full-time career as a scout, starts with a story that further solidified his belief in Wolf's acumen.
"I'm a big fan of Eliot. Every now and then I'd walk by his office and ask...
round 1 Christian Gonzalez - CB1 before injury
round 2 Keion White - rotational edge
round 4 Sidy Sow - starting RG
round 6 Demario Douglas - WR3 forced into bigger role due to injuries
Expecting something similar from this draft is reasonable IMO
Another area the pats have to modernize in terms of roster construction is not overpaying depth players. Your 3rd safety & 3rd DT should either be players on rookie deals or vet min contracts. Releasing guy & phillips is a good start atleast.
The two biggest impact FAs the team could sign:
1. Calvin Ridley - A 75 1,000 8 season after missing a year from football is impressive. Considering he is 29 it'll be hard for him to get a 4 year deal. The pats can afford to overpay him with a QB on a rookie deal. There is alot of talk on a...
The paradigm shift of the BB crowd defending nearly every move he made to now being some of the most negative fans is hilarious. They defended letting an elite OL walk for no compensation and drafting a 3rd round guard in the 1st to replace him. Now any move the team makes without him is a...
