Brian Cox says hello from 2001. What a tone setter!!! Harrison also.
I've been saying this forever. The Problem is, you can't find leaders easily, else everyone would have them. And when your leadership is on offense, Its hard to become a leader when your defense is never allowed to lead...
Re: Coming up small in a big game..........Again!
I have found it one of the most curious human personality traits, that in the time that should be of great joy and excitement, that there are those who revel in, and enjoy more, the misery of the other team.
Do you not have other fans to...
Many of us grew tired of Bledsoe due to his statue nature in the pocket. Brady still has amazing pocket awareness and movement, but your right, when he was younger, he was getting that first down.
He hasn't been hungry for a long time... Marrying a super model, and having essentially the...
Guys, there is no such thing as helmet to helmet with a ball carrier. There is a rule for QBs, and Defenseless Receivers... If you have the ball as a RB, you are never considered defenseless unless your wrapped up and people can then take shots at you.
Every year, I come back to state the same reasons for another failed run.
My Observations:
1) No weapon at all, period. Another Playoff run without Gronk, No attacking the middle, the offense game plan sucked. I want to slap someone for planning that.
1b) Hernandez non factor in...
I HATE when that Pats participate in this garabge. First, it wasn't funny much at all. Second, did Welker not learn from his Feet jokes that quippy liittle jokes before a game might not be the best idea.
I know, I know, this stuff is meaningless...
I'll err on the side of Harrison...
I would trade Gronk for a Young Harrison ANY day of the week!
TE's don't win championships. Leadership on Defense does. Harrison is the man, and for ever will be. And I side with him on this. I have never felt like celebrating after failing to achieve one of my life's goals. EVER... and...
Sorry, but I for one believe that our system is too complex, and this is why we have been unable to bring in a legit #1 and groom and develop WR talent. Nothing out there is good enough for this system. The proof is in the pudding where we needed to trade for Branch to come back.
I...
You guys have it all wrong. If he can study and learn, take a pay cut, he's the perfect 3rd WR. We still need a legit #1, but Chad is better than most anything else out there as a #3 WR if he can get it together this year.
I don't live there, but I wouldn't consume any service he is affiliated with.
This is what is so great about this country, you tell us what you really believe in, and consumers react.
Re: If you could have had one former Patriots player in his prime added to the roster
Willie McGinnest
He solves 2 of the biggest needs: Defensive Leadership, and Pass Rush
We had our chance to shut them up... the Pats didn't... So we need to deal with it.
Our Championship teams would have shut up loud talking blowhards... This era doesn't. We need to accept that. We got bullied by the Jets too last year. This team lacks toughness from a leadership stand...
I wish people would let people morn this loss in however they feel they need too and stop acting like there is some protocol and correct process for only True Fans to act.
Get over yourselves
He can keep his job, but I would expect whom ever continues to pay his paycheck to find it harder and harder to make money off his insight and personality after he has insulted the fans he is supposed to perform for through insight and entertainment.

Side note: We just lack passion...
The entire pace of the Second to Last drive. I was watching the Best Coach and QB combo playing not to lose... knowing... were going to lose.
We were killing clock I knew WE would need... we were running clock when we werent even in scoring position... I knew we were going to lose.
Yes.... Yes it does... That would be the exact meaning.
Eli performed in the Clutch last night, did you see that pass down the sideline? He drove them 80+ yards for the win eating up 5+ minutes to SEAL the game.
The second to last drive was a nightmare for the Coaching staff and Brady. It was poor play calling, and poor execution. We played to run the clock out with a 2 point lead. How stupid is that... you drain the clock to ensure you have no time when the other team kicks a field goal or scores a...
