The City of Chicago owns Soldier Field, and the Bears have a lease until the mid 2020's, they are trying to get the city to make some upgrades to the stadium. In the meantime Oak Park and University Park have made proposals of land to build an entirely new site.
One of the big drawbacks for...
I think it means they don't expect the Patriots to repeat being 7-9 again. What would be the purpose of running a hit piece on a losing team otherwise?
Considering how difficult it will be to get tickets for the Pats/Bucs, how many Patriots fans will be in attendance at MetLife to see him destroy the Jete a final time?
Considering what the Bears had to pay the Giants for the pick for Fields it seemed like there was some sort of bidding war going on for that pick, it could have been NO trying to get Jones. The Dallas pick earlier in the round wen't for peanuts in comparison.

If you go back to Rex Ryan's Jets they had to restructure almost everyone on the current roster because they didn't have the money. I don't think the Patriots have had to restructure anyone and they are still under cap, not kicking the can down the road.
What I don't understand about the Jets...
