Specter: Goodell's explanations don't pass scrutiny

Re: Breaking "Spygate" news Funny, of the two of us you look more moronic than me with a post like that. Have a nice night though. pao

Rodney had an easier chance at an interception than Asante

Merritweather missed one too. Would've been a good catch but it looks like he misjudged it just as Samuel did. pao

...And this is why we are going to pay Asante 20 million...

Hobbs is a great player on defense and special teams imo. This is an opinion from a guy who hates the guy for what he did last year. He got beat on ONE play that mattered and I don't think there is a 5'10" DB in the league that should be one on one in the end zone with Plaxico Burress. pao

...And this is why we are going to pay Asante 20 million...

He was also the guy that made a crucial interception in the Chargers game, the interception he made was almost as great a catch as Tyree's. Even though it was pass interference (and I'm not complaining here, scoreboard says it all) it was an amazing catch. Oh, for those that don't think it was...

I think the future is still very bright

As a Charger fan I would agree. If it were the Chargers with 18-1 I would be disappointed but proud. The only thing I would worry about would be this spygate fiasco (please, I am not throwing this in anyone's face. It is, at least, a pain in the neck to the Patriots organisation and one I would...

    Thank you Wes Welker

Agreed, great post. Faulk doesn't get enough credit. Maroney gets the credit but it was Faulk that broke the Chargers back with an incredible catch for a first down on 3rd and 11 during the final drive. That was just one of many big plays by Faulk that game. He made some big ones in the SB too...

This is the Worst Loss I've Ever Experienced as a Fan

As a Charger fan I totally agree. I'd rather be in Patriot fan's shoes right about now. LOL. pao

How much of a hit has the legacy of Brady and BB taken b/o Super Bowl 42?

To all you Patriots fans. I understand your heartbreak but you all have something no other team has that gives you a great advantage over other teams. That is the combo of BB and TB. No other team in the league can match that tandem nor will be able to in the near future. The Patriots are the...

How much of a hit has the legacy of Brady and BB taken b/o Super Bowl 42?

God you guys are tough! I'd take him as the coach of my team in a heartbeat (I would give him a class in being PC and make sure no more spygate stuff though). Come on guys, he IS one of the greatest ever. Who would you rather have??? Again, I'd take him in a heartbeat. How many times did he...

How much of a hit has the legacy of Brady and BB taken b/o Super Bowl 42?

I think you are being too tough. I'm a Charger fan and I still consider BB to be the one of the three greatest coaches ever (too tough to say who is greatest of my top three). The Patriots were in position to win the game even during the final drive! If Samuel makes that interception (I mean...

    OT: We're Moderating New Members

OT: Earl Campbell on the Pats

Thank you. I don't agree with him either but that doesn't mean I'm going piss all over him. He is obviously suffering from something causing diminished capacity. Can't believe they even talked to him. pao
