I'm guessing that running backs have a really low rate of penalties in general. They're not often in positions to hold, and a false start by a running back is even more unforgivable than a WR. So unless they're a hot head who gets some after whistle personal fouls, I would be more surprised if any of them DID have any penalties.

I agree in general, except look how many times Vereen lines up as a wideout on the LOS. With no false starts. Ever. Pretty good.

Well that's what I meant. Every time a WR gets a false start, the first thing the color guy says is, "There's really no excuse for that." So when he's lined up out wide, he shouldn't get a false start. When he's in the backfield, even less so.

Except that every other wideout and TE on the team has a penalty... even guys who've played a lot more snaps. Just sayin'. :)

What penalties have Gostkowski and Ryan Allen gotten then? ;)

If I had guessed before looking, I wd have come with Nink and McCourty
