More on Moss - He and Belichick Reportedly 'Had Words' Tuesday
By: Ian Logue

Gary Tanguay of Comcast Sports New England reported Tuesday night via Twitter that Patriots wide receiver Randy Moss showed up unhappy a the stadium and apparently let head coach Bill Belichick know about it....

Thought players have the day off.

I wonder if anybody asked Tom Brady how he feels about this?

Thought players have the day off.

That's what I thought too.

Didn't the plane arrive at like 4 in the morning also? I would figure neither of them would have been in the stadium today, unless Moss asked Bill for a meeting...

Until or if something happens I think this is reporters making something up.

I was under the impression they were off until thursday...

Not required to be back until Thursday, but BB didn't hire armed guards to make sure players didn't come into the stadium to work out if they wanted.

Wasn't it Moss himself who first started all of this by saying that he wouldn't be back next year? It's no wonder things have disintegrated between Moss and BB.

I can't find a single fact in this story. It's all speculation. Even the part about Belichick and Moss "having words" (whatever that means) is from "a source".

What a joke. Who listens to Gary Tanquay?

The St. Paul Pioneer-Press confirms that the Vikings' interest in a Randy Moss trade is "genuine."
Moss would obviously fill the same glaring need that the Vikes were trying to address with their ultimately fruitless pursuit of Vincent Jackson. ESPN's John Clayton believes nothing is going to happen late Tuesday night, but talks should continue on Wednesday -- or even throughout the night. FoxSports' Jay Glazer similarly reports that talks remain alive and should "pick up some more in the morning."

Unless the source is Moss. I cant imagine where else it could come from if its legit

I am not sure I believe this. Is Randy even in New England? The players are off until Thursday. Randy lives in Boca Raton and I would think he would stay down there a couple days and do some fishing. Time will tell.

This was my thought as well. I know Tom stayed in Miami last night, so I would imagine that Randy would have had the same opportunity to do so.

Tom knows that Bill is in charge, but I have to believe that Belichick spoke with Brady about this. Tom probably isn't happy, but, of all people, he doesn't need to be reminded that he won 3 super bowls without Moss, so he knows that the prize can still be had.
