Not the WR I would have picked but a solid choice and does seem to fit what the Patriots like. I am okay with this. Instant grade: B.

I think he will fit in well. The only issue I have is they could have got someone really different than the guys they have on their roster already at this point and found good value there too. Still I can't complain much.

No RBs taken yet. Wow. The media overrated this class and so did I and people know i am pretty hard on RBs.

Damn -- he was a last second scratch in the guess the draft pick contest for me! Couldn't fit him in the 4th with other players I took. I should know better by now!

lol...I was thinking the same thing....It's going to be tough for Dobson to make this roster now unless we have injuries or we cut Amendola.

This year is for taking a late shot at RB, much better long term solutions next year.

The top RBs remaining will be looking gone by 196. The only position I really cared about them addressing and they did nothing. I tend to be really positive about their drafts but this really sucks. If they can trade Dobson and still get one then I will feel better otherwise I am seriously bummed about heading into this season south this RB unit.

Read he was once touted as a potential top-10 prospect before he suffered *dingdong* an ACL tear in 2012.

Alamost everyone in the NFL gets an ACL. Question is, he seems
pretty smart with the whole learning how to read and writing a kids book. That being said can he go up and get it. Is he a Sanders type?

Lint has more value than Dobson.

I want a RB as well. Maybe they can slide up and grab a decent backup to Blount.

Sort of like a Dobson or a LaFell (maybe even a Hogan or Washington now). X always goes to the side of the field away from the playcall.
