Clock Issues: Did Indy Cheat?

forgive me if this has already been posted but PFT hinted that the colts game clock operator may have been helping the colts.

Sunday night’s game had two clock errors

there were two separate instances when the colts game clock operator manpulated the clock to benefit the colts last night. the one that really raises my eyebrows is the first TD drive the colts scored the clock was mysteriously was reset to 25 seconds when there were only 10 seconds left.

What about late in the game when we got a delay of game, then followed that up with with having to take a timeout to prevent another delay? That is so uncharacteristic of this team.

Always seems to be a problem one way or another in that city. Piping crowd noise, heated locker rooms, bizarre formations...

I think it's more probable than not that the Colts were at least generally aware of the issues with the clock. I can't wait for the Patriots to get key pieces back and slaughter this team in the playoffs.

Yea, was extremely fishy. That isn't like a BB team. Way too obvious something was going on with those two plays.

Yes that was odd. Who knows what happened but I had a hard time believing that Brady could have screwed up two times in a row on that.

The explanation is very benign as I recall: Sometimes the clock is not properly reset, so the QB notifies the ref who signals for it to be changed back to 25. Happens for all teams.

It's not a big deal, but is still worth pointing out to a self righteous fan base that thinks the Patriots only exist to make customized cookies at local bakeries, and novelty hats

Yeah, the delay of game/timeout I have no explanation for. But be careful: just because there's no obvious explanation doesn't mean it's some grand conspiracy... otherwise we'd be forced to believe Pagano conspired to **** up his own fake punt
