The Texans in the other hand needed wins to get the bye and couldn't get them against teams they should have beaten, Minny and Indy, and that's the mark of a team that is slumping.

Slumping in December could affect your seeding or even making the playoffs, but if you get in and play to near perfection,it doesn't matter what seed you are or where you play, the hungriest team almost always wins.
The Giants of 2007 and the Steelers of 2005 are Prime examples of having more faith in yourselves as a team and more desire to win than your opponent and routinely produces championships.
The Pats as a complete team must have to WANT IT MORE than the others to win it all,do they have it?,we will see.
