I'm more impressed that they are 3rd in scoring offense. 29 per game.

You add Vincent Jackson,Nicks(IR now though) and Doug Martin.

Is this Schiano or some OC doing magic? I thought Freeman stunk.

Their first 3 picks have been studs so far.

When he first walked into the facility, some front office guy was there to greet him and said roughly this: "Two days from now, you will talk with this and this reporter and say:..."

I think 95% of the players in the NFL "love their club" all the way until the next contract negotiations.

And the remaining 5% consists of some rare doghoused exceptions and the entire Jets squad.

Interesting. If you listen to the blowhards on 98.5, they'll tell you it's a no-win for Aqib; too much pressure and too high expectations. I am in the same boat as you: show some improvement on what's out there now and he'll be fine.

We traded a 4th for Talib. We traded a 3rd for John Starks. If the bar were any lower is would be underground.

I don't believe I made any such allegation (any relation to Kraft foods).

I am not sure which franchise you have been following since ?? 2008 ??

NUMEROUS FA acquisitions (Moss, Haynesworth, to name two, but I think Waters, Rodney and a few other big names as well) over the last 10 years have raved about how well the Patriots eat with the Patriots provided luncheons.

Moss even went on in his post-Pats life to have an infamous RANT up in Minnie about the 'food he wouldn't serve a dog' (which cuold possibly be related to him getting too used to a higher level at the Pats).

It was so far from my mind that I didn't even think anyone could make such a connection. Apologies for not writing clearly enough. (PLEASE mentally remove "Kraft" and insert (Bob Kraft's Patriots organization) whereever appropriate.)

Moss loved the way the Patriots ate so much that he threw a hissy fit over the Minnesota luncheon.

If he kicks assphault in the Sunday's game it will be "It's only one game. Let's see what he does against a good team" (as any team the Pats beat are not good, sine the Pats beat them.)

If he gives up a TD it will be "I've seen enough- this guys a bum. I KNEW it"

I don't know how good he'll play, but I can tell you that I WANT him to be good. Color me a homer because I want the team to win.

Nothing like a little preemptive negativity to turn a positive thread into a negative one. Seriously, I see far more complaining about complaining than I do actual complaining, on this thread and many others. Why not wait for it to happen instead of bringing it on?
