Default Just wondering: value of VIP training camp package & Brady signed game jersey?

I won a Patriots package which includes a VIP trip to Training camp and going to a home game in the putnam club seats for this season. They briefly mentioned that I will be getting a signed authentic Brady jersey. What I didnt know is that the signed authentic brady jersey is a signed game worn jersey. How much do you think a signed authentic game worn jersey is worth?

Looks like they retail for $600 and up, so I'm guessing you could get $400 or more. There are plenty of legit memorabilia outfits that should be able to give you a more accurate figure.

google

It' a GAME WORN signed Brady Jersey. Isnt it worth more if it was worn by Tom Brady during a game?

I wouldn't sell that if I were you, but I'm not you, so do as you wish.

I wasn't planning on selling it. I am planning on buying a frame for it and save it for my son for when I die and hopefully he passes it to his kids!!

I kinda know about this stuff because I do collect stuff. A real signed Brady jersey can fetch as much as $1200 (Depends on the jersey and quality of signiture). The thing is there is so much fake crap out there that are inexpensive that it is hard to tell the price off hand. Brady does only one signing event a year (although he hasn't done it in a couple of years) and charges $600 per autograph. Since he hasn't done the event in several years, the supply is dwindling which could drive up the price.

If you plan to sell it, you need to send it away to an authenticator to get a certificate of authenticity. It is cheap though for like $50. JSA is probably the best. I would probably suggest getting it autheticated even if you don't plan to sell it.

James Spence Authentication

You might also want to look at New England Picture. They have several retail stores in New England and a couple times a year they have people from JSA at one of theirs stores doing authentications.

BTW, Big Vince will be in their RI store on Monday doing autographs for anyone interested.

Sorry, if it is a game worn jersey, you might get a few grand for it. Maybe three.

My guess is you won't get a game worn jersey though.

Half the stuff you find online are fakes especially with Brady. I spoke to someone who deals in this stuff and he told me that he estimates that 80-90% of the Brady stuff signed online is fake because it costs so much to actually to get him to autograph stuff (most of players autographed merchandise comes from paid signing events) and he does it so infrequently. A real signed Brady jersey is going to cost you at least a grand unless you get an idiot who sells it without knowing the true value.

The reason I know the one I am getting is real is because I am getting it directly from the New England Patriots!
