I don't see any issue with your teacher... in fact I think he's pretty cool. Part of sports is bragging rights. This is not directed at anybody, but you should be able to brag about your team and handle others bragging about their teams.

As long as it is not malicious (or adults against kids lol... bus driver is a bit too much), then it's all in good fun. None of my friends are really huge fans of their teams but I still give them crap when they lose or when Pats beat them and vice versa. It's all part of enjoying the game. Again as long as it's not malicious nor personal and kept in moderation.

That being said.... I love throwing it in peoples' faces when they predict Pats losses and end up winning. In fact, I am going to enjoy going to work on the 6th very much because all my non-Pats friends are telling me how the Pats are going to lose.

Surely they have an unofficial messageboard that is 50 times the size of the one from the NFL page, just like Patsfans?

I just can't seem to find it- the only one that pops up is the one you linked.

Hes like "2" which is how many interception brady threw last night. Then on wednesday, he was saying how the Patriots dont match up to the Giants in any way and that the Giants will wipe the floor with us. Usually, I go into attack mode, BUT i decided to keep my mouth shut and just smile at him. The only thing I said was Revenge is a dish best served cold.
I really want the Patriots to blow them out. If the Patriots win, my professor is cancelling class because he doesnt want to face me if the giants lose!
Tell this loser algebra is SO 8th and 9th grade. I know as I'm an advisor/assistant volunteer in middle school.

I had this one bookmarked a few years ago. Looks like same site but this part seems more complete, with threads and all?

Looking at the prediction thread on this board, so are Pats fans. Both sets of fans are confident. I don't see either set of fans as a whole to be arrogant.

No, I just actually read the thread from beginning to end. In the beginning of the thread, it was all pessimistic. As time has gone on and Pats fans have stepped back to analyze the match-up, many more are predicting a win than a loss, and many are predicting it will be in convincing fashion. The whole 9-7 inconsistent team thing seems to be prevalent. I think the only thing holding the Pats fans back from full out confidence is the last Superbowl result.

I'm surprised they let you near a middle school after that one incident at Chuck E. Cheese.
