Biggest Bull**** no call in NFL history. And even moreso the holding that was going on. There was like 2 or 3 Pats players that could have had a sack had they not been held. And at the other end, not only did RH not knock the ball away but I think where he put his hand, he actually helped Tyree catch it (not on purpose obviously).

The game may as well have been over after that play. It was obvious at that point, the planets were aligning in such a way that it was going to end very badly for the Pats that night.

I hope he's not the official of this game or the Pats might as well stay home. HE SUCKS.

"He’s the greatest quarterback to ever play the game. He goes from being a rookie that nobody is expecting anything from, to taking over with people saying he can’t do it, to winning three Super Bowls....It should already be obvious he’s the greatest quarterback to ever have played. "

Every time ive seen that play with manning in the grasp i think the its over, hes in the grasp. i think the players down field watching may have felt the same way and may have let up a little allowing the pass to be completed. A truly sickening non call because most likely it caused the Defense to relax for a fraction of a second. Ive never read or heard anyone in the pats defenders comment on this so i don't know for sure.

I'm not conceding that any of the banter leading up to the game lead to the outcome...BUT I was struck by the numerous unPatriot-like quotes that came out during the 2007 Super Bowl week. Pior to the 2007 Super Bowl we never heard the Patriots acknowledge their success, status or ever comment on their predicted competitiveness in a game. Brady's answer should have been that the Giants are a tough team and we have our work cut out for us yada yada. Part of me wonders if the Patriots coaching staff going into the 2007 Super Bowl preached to the team to have some swagger to counter-act at play to not not to lose attitude.

So, basically, Brady should have said something along the lines of this: "Plax is totally right. The Giants are the far better team and they're going to completely shut us down. We have no chance against their defense and pass rush"?

I for one blame the loss on the chuckling of one John Tomase.
