I wont believe a word until i see it posted on twitter by Rob Lowe

I can't imagine one even as bad as Patriots/Bledsoe. It would be more like "I think the world of Bill Belichick, but even he isn't right 100% of the time, and by the way I hope to kick the stuffing out of the Patriots twice per season for the next five years."

Indeed. The occasional times he called out his OL or something turned out NOT to be the tip of a finger-pointing iceberg. And that was the only classless kind of thing he was ever seriously suspected of.

Peyton isn't even under the same suspicion Eli is for having let his father be a jerk on his behalf.

So you're willing to paint a career picture based on a couple of things across a decade plus career? That's your prerogative, not mine.

Where do you start with Irsay? He tells Peyton Manning to keep it in house, meanwhile he post on twitter like a 16 year old girl. Seriously, how does an NFL owner tweet as much as he does? I would think that someone that important has so many things to do that he wouldn't have the time. He responds to Manning to keep it "in the family" via the MEDIA. The guy is a joke of an owner and they don't ever deserve to win anything again. His father was damaged as well.

Manning in my opinion was just explaining he understood the business aspect and how sad he was for the people that were no longer around. Strength & conditioning coaches etc. He explicitly stated that he wasn't trying to campaign to fans and wanted ultimately to remain a colt. But If that couldn't happen to keep things clean. How do you disrespect Peyton by calling him out of his name in the media? It's a joke, I couldn't imagine Mr. Kraft saying these things about Brady. Ever.

You would probably be out of Indy without 18
You are about to host a SB in Indy because of 18.
You are playing in a brand new stadium with publicly funded money because of 18
You were able to be so terrible at drafting talent and still post winning seasons because 18 covered up alot of your mistakes.

Thank god for Bob Kraft.
Last week i watched the dolts new GM meet the media to talk about the firing of Caldwell, the Dolts are Done. I don't think the Pats will have to worry about Indy for a Looong time.

For those interested, here is the full transcript of Irsay's commentary.

Transcript of Jim Irsay's comments about Colts QB Peyton Manning | The Indianapolis Star | indystar.com

On the next job of resolving the Peyton Manning situation

"I think there's much more than that. This is a football team it's about many issues that you have to get right. Obviously I think that question kind of vague, it's always been a very simple issue, and that's been a health issue. That's the part that I focus on. I have so much affection and appreciation for Peyton. We're family, we always will be and we are. He's a politician. When it comes to being competitive let's just say on a scale of one to ten, ten being the highest we're both 11's. There have been plenty of egg shells around this building scattered by him with his competitive desires to win. If someone's in the circle they have to go and all those sorts of things. I don't think it's in the good interest to paint the horseshoe in a negative light; I really don't.

There's a lot more to it (click on the link above) but that to me is kind of a head-scratcher of an opening statement. It certainly did absolutely nothing to defuse all the rumors that have been circulating; instead it had just the opposite effect.

brady will retire a patriot at his leisure, as he should. kraft is never going to let him walk, ever. he'll hang it up when he wants, i mean i know its a business but i just dont see Bob Kraft being cool with brady in anything other than a patriots jersey ever

How would Brady (and BB for that matter) not be on your list?
Before him (them) the Patriots had a far worse franchise history than the Colts, and with hoim (them) have had a far greater amount of success than Manning and the Colts have had.
