if chargers lose today to the lions... can they still make the playoffs?

One win gave the Pats a bye. Now, as for HFA, according to playoffstatus.com, thanks to the Colts beating the Texans, the road to HFA became easier. Here are the 10 cases they identify that guarantee the Pats HFA.

They couldn't as a wildcard, and after messing with the ESPN playoff maker, the Broncos would win the division at 8-8.

I see Tennessee grabbing the 6th seed with a win over Houston.

Furthermore, Houston may not mind that scenario since they'd see Tennessee in the first round instead of a team like the Jets or Bengals.

So, that means, the Patriots host either Tennessee or Pittsburgh for the first playoff game.

You're assuming Broncs beat the Chiefs.

Raiders can still win the division.
