There's always the chance he didn't, but I'd guess that chance is slim. At any rate, he's a single guy who was out drinking at a Halloween party and likely/possibly did something he'd take back in an instant. He doesn't strike me as any sort of serial offender, so I'm guessing it gets settled either in or out of court by or before January 10. I'd be surprised if he's a repeat offender with this type of stuff, but I've been surprised before. Bottom line, I think he's a very valuable and talented player who will never be a super star, but could be the kind of guy who sticks around and contributes for a long time.
