So in other words, it's never going to happen.
2. On that 4th down TD up 42-10 at Ralph Wilson, if you and the players had a problem with that then do something about it my friend and STOP US, END OF STORY. You couldn't stop us and we're not going to apologize to anyone especially after the beatings this franchise took under the old Rod Rust early 1990s days when we were pummelled week after week. No one felt sorry for us back then.
THIS is why folks hate your team and its fanbase--not because "everyone hates dynasties", "you're all just jealous", blah, blah, blah that we often hear from Pats fans. It's the incredible arrogance. Have fun with about 2-3 good years left out of Brady (who, I agree, is certainly one of the greatest ever to play the game (assuming that Spygate played no part in that greatness))--as to the rest, time will tell, but I stand by my statements above that pride cometh before the fall......

He just turned 30.
Jim Kelly played until the age of 36. And he had an excellent year at age 35.
What, Brady isn't as good as Kelly?
You got Brady and Belichick coming at you hard for another 5 years.
And yes, this "(assuming that Spygate played no part in that greatness)" is just sour grapes and jealousy and you KNOW it. Of course Spygate played a part in his greatness. Preparations play a part in every single game, and every team does this (except the Bills in the Kelly years with their hurry-up). Every other team? Yes. Don't be so naive.
Everyone hates dynasties.

Explain to me how one could assume that Spygate helped Brady's record breaking TD season, seeing that the quarter of filming from an unaproved location st the Jets game occurred early on.

I didn't make that assumption--he had an all-time great year and has had one of the all-time great careers. Other than his comment about Plax's comment on the SB outcome (which wasn't very smart and seemed a bit out of character), I also think he's generally a decent guy to boot. I do think he's one of the greatest to ever play the game, but I'm conditioning that view on the assumption that Spygate (or more accurately, the videotaping of opponents' hand signals) or something else we don't know about yet didn't give him an unfair advantage in his achievements. We'll never know that for sure unfortunately for him and us. That's BB's legacy, which is sad for both Pats fans and players in a way.....
PS To the other poster above, Tom turns 31 in August (and Moss turned 31 in Feb., FWIW)

Maybe, maybe not--34 is a bit old for a QB, those Kelly references above aside. (If I wasn't clear above, I meant 2 years after 2008--my bad on that.) He may be helped since he doesn't rely on his legs much, if at all, plus until now he hasn't been hit much (although we all expect teams to go at him more this year after the SB--up to Scarnecchia to take care of that).
I don't expect Moss to see the third year of his three-year deal myself, however. Speed receivers tend to go pretty quick (slight pun intended) at around 32-33, which Randy will be shortly. Won't mean he'll fall off a cliff, since he's still got great height, hands and general skills/canniness, but I think his production will slip a good bit after this season and perhaps next, to the point where he won't be worth $9m a year.
Now that you've brought it up, looking at your roster I was a bit surprised that it was older at other spots than I'd thought (we all know about your LBs and Rodney), like O-line and RB. I mean, Neal will be 32 in Oct. and Light is 30 and Hochstein will be 31 this fall. While lineman can play longer than speed players, in 2-3 years time you'll still be looking to replace those guys in the near term. Kevin Faulk may have one more good year left and Sammy Morris (who I loved as a Bill, BTW) is 31 already--where did the years go?

I'll translate this limp dick response for the viewers...in other words you admitedly have no, zero, zilch facts to back up your deliberate innuendo about Brady. The epitome of a troll. What a major loser.

I take it you have no idea who our GM is, I also take it you have no idea what the NFL draft is.
