Default Farinella: the worst reporter in NE?

The paragraph below on Brady is pretty pathetic from Mark Farinella of the Sun Chronicle. I ask each of you to repsond to that loser! Brady has been on the West Coast with his son for over a month and has earned some down time to heal physically and mentally from last season. Brady had a rough time of it on and off the field in a very public breakup/baby drama and a very high profile undefeated season. If Brady wants to lay low in Costa Rica with his girl and then rent a house in LA to be with his son, good for him. He has his priorities straight he is not "slacking off"! For Farinella to suggest the Pats drafted a QB to nudge their HOF QB who has taken them to 5 AFC Championships in his 7 years as a starter is ludicrist!

This may also be a bit of a stretch, but with Brady jet-setting all over Europe with his supermodel galpal as the offseason conditioning program began, I could understand it if the coach wanted to offer a gentle reminder to his star QB that under the right circumstance, anyone can be replaced - especially if he somehow senses a slacking-off in the commitment that made Brady what he is.

I love how you guys scour the interent for anything that could possibly be anti patriots, then post it here rallying all the other yahoos into a frenzy. The guy voiced his opinon, so what? I mean seriously are you that insecure?

I am a pats fan, but some of you guys honestly try to find things to spaz out over.

Brady isn't slacking off. Jeez. I want him to be gone for a while, to be honest. In the offseason and regular seasons he puts more than enough of himself into everything, I don't want him to be burned out heading into the 2008 season. I want him to relax and not think about football so he comes back refreshed and ready to go.

Haven't we all had this discussion before about Brady "Jetsetting". Journalists like to stir it up, it's what they do.

The Rook has a point here, guys. Enough of the negativity. Journalists are looking to get this exact reaction out of us and everytime someone posts something like this saying "OMG I CAN'T BELEE IT", they're playing right into what these scumbags want.

I'm not trying to come off like a smartass. Just saying, I think we spent so much time trying to find everything that could be taken in a negative light about the pat's, it makes us look like thats all we do.

This guy is some goof trying to sell papers, you guys know this.

Patslifer, speak for yourself! I wasn't trying to FIND anything. It was there in on my news page and I think some dumbarse saying the Pats drafted a QB to dig it to Tom Brady is worthy of posting. If you don't agree, fine, but don't post a few threads on how disgusted you are.

Now that is searching!

Just for clarification, Brady has been photographed back in NY. He was in LA for less than two weeks (with a break for a teammates wedding on the East coast). The jetsetting opinion doesn't appear to be too far off, though it seems she's doing her latest traveling to Europe without him.
