You have to think that with Hernandez and possibly Vollmer out, the Bills will see a ton of double Gronkowskis this week on running plays and 3 WR, 1 Gronkowski and 1 RB on passing downs.
That means a lot of snaps for Welker, Branch and Ochosucko.
If ever there was a chance to Slater to have a good receiving game, this is it. Might also be a good game o move him back to safety.

I agree with you more than most of the others.
Just b/c Ridley has shown us some decent runs in the preseason + the 2 touches last week does NOT mean that BJGE will be getting reps taken away, at least not for a while.
I have a feeling that BB likes and appreciates the hard work and dependability of Green-Ellis, and if Ridley did see increased reps throughout the yr, I believe in will be in role/spot play settings. Situational settings etc.
In other words, once again it seems like some people are looking for an excuse to take the ball out of Green-Ellis' hands..for whatever reason.
Should either of the first 2 get hurt, then we'll see Ridley more. If not, I wouldn't expect to see him take more than a carry or two away from each of them, and even that is tough to see at this point.
