Not sure if you just mean Pats vets, but maybe Haynesworth, which would be really sad. I'd like to see this work out but I am a little nervous because he hasn't been practicing. I know there was some fancy hand waving toward some knee injury treatment but that is only a possible explanation and not necessarily the real deal.
I hope this doesn't happen because I'm really excited to see him with Wilfork, but it is still a possibility in my mind.

Branch? what? he's not getting cut. Branch shouldn't even be mentioned here. If he got cut it would be more of a shocker then a surprise. It's not going to happen so why mention it.
I have a feeling that BB some how, some way keeps Morris. I can see why he would be cut with all the promising depth the Pats have but I still think BB finds a way to keep him so it would surprise me to see Morris cut.
Guyton has been the starting linebacker in the 4-3. He is also the teams best coverage LB. That would be a surprise.
Guyton is not the team's best coverage LB. Not in camp and not in the game the other night.
As for being "the starting LB" in the 4-3? Which starting LB position? With how Fletcher played, I'd rather see Spikes, Mayo, Ninkovich out there as the starting 4-3 and Spikes/Mayo as the ILB with Ninko/Cunningham.
I just don't see the improvement one would expect out of Guyton.

BB has never cut a player in the same season that they had redone their contract. So, I don't see Haynesworth being cut.
I can sort of see where people are coming from with Branch. If Price and Tate show some improvement, it kind of makes sense to give them the 3rd/4th receiver snaps. Plus, Branch has very little ST value.
Morris is the only fullback and plays special teams. If Vereen gets on the field, along with Woodhead, I don't see the need for Faulk. He'd be 3rd string 3rd down back. He no longer does the things that nobody else does. Morris on the other hand, does things that nobody else on the roster does.
IMO, Faulk will either be PUP or cut. If cut he is still the 3rd string 3rd down back, only he'll be on the shadow roster instead of the roster.
Either way it would be tough to call either of them surprises as they are both 34+ year old RB's.

Morris played just 7-8 snaps this past game- that's an indication that a decision has already been made. I think it's leaning towards keeping him as a FB-ST because he already knows the system. As many people are excited about Vereen and Ridley, and the other rookies, you have to remember how little time they've had this offseason to learn the system.
