Could be that Seymour missed 6+ games and then after Seymour came back and was not at full health they lose Colvin too?

I mean thats two of your teams best pass rushers, teams are going to know who to block at that point.

let's hope he returns to form, cuz he looked great in 06 but very average in 07

Seymour was injured last year (2006) with an elbow and knee.

If Maroney was the missing man on offense, then you could put Warren's picture on the milk carton for the defense. We didn't hear much from him at all this year.

I'm beginning to think we should keep colvin and left OLB and move vrabel inside and find another OLB for the right or use AD their occassionally

Teams are accounting for him more. Seymour was injured in 2006, but nearly as bad as 2007.

I know the perfect guy for the job. His name is Terrell Suggs. If he isn't franchised, almost every team will go after this guy. He is 25, can rush the passer with his hands down or standing up. I wanted the Pats to draft him in '03. If the Ravens are stupid enough not to franchise him, I think the Pats will pursue him hard. Teaming Suggs back up with Thomas will allow Thomas to roam around like he did in Baltimore. Just think on third downs that opposing teams would have to account for Thomas, Suggs, Vrabel and Colvin. If the Pats land Suggs and re-sign Moss, that will be a successful offseason.

And not to forget, I would like the Pats to draft Vernon Gholston with the 7th pick. He will tear up the combine and is the closest thing to DeMarcus Ware or Shawne Merriman.
