Default Good chance Jr. is coming back....

Quote:
“I haven't even thought about the future,” he said repeatedly last night as wave after wave of reporters asked him if last night was his final game.

But at one point, he did say, perhaps portending that the end is not imminent, “I'm having too much fun.”

The loss, he said, “won't affect my decision.”

Even last night, he could appreciate what had transpired for him and his teammates over the past several months.

“It was a great journey,” he said. “It really was. The bond we have will always be here. We just came up short.”
Too much fun? Last night? That is man who loves playing football for the NE Patriots

It was a great journey? Dude, fix the damn title. Your posting fall info, TODAY? Of all days? All I got from that was he was done either way, he can't take it anymore. It was fun as hell but I'm done. The whole "was" kinda sums it up, dont cha think?

Not sure, BP, I think the "was" referred to this year not his career. No clue if he's coming back though.

I took "I am having too much fun" to mean he is leaning towards coming back.

I took the “I haven't even thought about the future,” part to mean he hasn't thought about it.

I hope he comes back and obviously I hope Moss is back too. They deserve a ring.

This is the year. We put our failures in the past, it's a new year, a new defense. It's time to prove to the league that the Patriots are back and aren't going anywhere and they will be the last ones standing in Feb.
Update: Well that didn't work out as I had planned. Next year baby, next year 19-0 we go. Next year.
