Default If we play them 10 times we win nine times!

Only kidding I am proud of the way the Patriots handled themselves. they realized that were outplayed and gave the appropiate responses, unlike so many of the teams that they beat. No whining just asbsorb it and move on nobody talking about dirty players just honest reflection about missed opportunity and the promise of next year. BTW they are 5-2 favorites for SB XLIII.

And now for the other side of the story...

"As they took field for that last drive — what may well go down as the most improbable and impressive series in the 42-year history of the Super Bowl — the Giants had reason to feel offended. The Patriots had been talking, inviting them to their after-parties, a celebration of their perfect 19-0 season. Amani Toomer, who has been with New York since 1996, would recall Richard Seymour telling him to go on home, that the Giants were done."

Oops.
Chargers are whinging again and you're their spokesperson...right? Is LdT all healed up for the Pro Bowl now? Maybe he can convince them that he isn't a *****.

Sadly, trash talking is a way of life in sports. Jordan did it, A LOT! Larry Bird did it as well.

Let's just get ready to try again next year.

Apparently you have never played a competitive athletic game in your life. All's fair when the game is over you shake hands and move on. I'm pretty certain the Giants were not offering their sincere condolences to the Pats once they took the lead. So take this stupid insignificant story and just go away.

It's not insignificant because it served as motivation for the Giants. The 19-0 book being advertised, copyrighting 19-0 before the game was played and being invited to 19-0 after-parties by the Pats during the game were not smart things to do.

Again, WTF do you believe the Giants were saying. Motivation had absolutly nothing to do a Manning escape and Tyree's amazing catch. They were not giving up because they wanted to win the effen SB not to shut up Seymour!

But the Giants front seven were on a mission and played out of their minds. Motivation had something to do with that. The Pats had perhaps the best offensive line in the league this year and the Giants tore it to shreds. That doesn't happen to an o-line that good when both teams are equally motivated. The Giants had something extra in the tank.
