We win. yes I know its not what you thought I was going to say but think about it for a second. If (and when) we win we would have won 4 out of the last 7 SB 2 out of the last 4 WS (for you Sox Fans) all while still in the first decade of the new millenium. This somehow needs to be captured in something timeless. This will likely never happen again ever to any other area. We have become title town forget about Detroit they can't hold a candle to this place. So what do we do? Time capsule, commerative plaque, something big. This needs to be symbolized somehow by this area for the level of excellence that has been achieved. Side question: who have you lost that you wish were here to see this?

They're already talking about renaming Massachusetts some variant of Brady. Either Brady-land or Brady-ville or some say just "Brady".

But I think it's too soon for that. Maybe if they win another 3 or 4.

The NY Yankees have won something like 22 World Series. IN the 50s and 60s I think they won like 1/2 of them.

Montreal Canadiens had a similar period of dominance.

So did the Celtics, actually.

I can't speak for what the whole region will do, but I will jump up and down, shouting for joy and hugging everyone in sight until my girlfriend wonders why she ever decided to date a sports fan.

But that's just me.

true the Yankees had their dominance and so did the Canadians but that was before the time of fat contracts and FA. its all changed and somehow we achieved what we thought once FA became big we never would, thats the truly amazing part. How about to the second question I asked. My grandfathers (one a huge yanks fan) is my choice even though one was a Yanks fan he always said he could see them win one to see how happy it would make me. He left us in 98 and the Sox won 6 years later. They both however were big Pats fans and for them to be here during this would be really great

I don't think we can change the names of states because of the Constitution but we can change the name of the area of 6 states in the Northeast.

Welcome to to New Bradyland.

(I hate it when people refer to the Pats as a MA team. Yeah Foxoboro's {and they were planning to move the team to Hartford, CT if memory serves} in MA but they represent 5 other states too.)

During this amazing run we have lost my Granfather Papa Joe. We like to joke that he is up there pulling the strings on this 19-0 and the latest Sox series. He was able to see the three in 4 and the 04 sox win and we have great memories from those. My father actually hoped in his car and drove over to him in the middle of gme 4 in 04 so he could be with him for the win (I was at school).

Papa Joe is the reason I am as Fanitical as I am. He bought season tix off and on when the pats were homeless in the 60s and he bought them for good and we have had them ever since when Foxboro Stadium first opened.

I am little nervous that we don't have him with us for this one as we had a tradition with him that we would call him and talk pregame before every Pats game and this will be the first SB we can't call him.

We love ya Papa Joe and we know you will be enjoying this as much as we will.
