Default Ditka picks Chargers

What is up his butt this season? Ever since week 10 Ditka has been badmouthing the Patriots, saying how they aren't as good as his 85 Bears.

What is it? Is he mad that he never went undefeated? Is he jealous of Belichick? Why does he have an irrational dislike of the Patriots? Is there something I don't know in his history?

The difference is that Brady calmly calls audibles while Manning flaps like a chicken, barks 11 code words, and makes sure every camera in the stadium has documented his once-in-a-generation (and patented, I believe) ability to see a defensive formation and change the play. Both have the same effect, but Manning transcends measurable human intellect while Brady merely chooses a different play.

I don't care that he picked the Chargers, but it's part of a distinct pattern that he exhibits.

Simply put, he's an ass.

I thought he did say his 85 bears would have trouble stopping the 07 pats offense.

But I am on vicodin after surgery on friday, so bear with me. no pun intended.

Seriously, who cares what he thinks? It really doesn't matter, IMO. Not everyone likes us/believes in us and that's fine. They have every right to think whatever they want.
This game will be decided on the field, not by Ditka.

He also said he only had 2 more tries to get it right, leaving no doubt if the Pats advance who he'll be picking in the SB.

Ditka would pick against the Pats if they were playing against Blaine Beauty School.

That's silly. Ditka is entitled to his opinion. ESPN does enough drooling all over our Pats so one less doesn't hurt. Besides, at the end of the day what Ditka thinks doesn't mean anything. The team cheated and got caught, people are going to hate us for that alone.
