Default What's on the menu Sunday?

I enjoyed last week's discussion of nourishment during the game, thought we should do it again.

For me, Buffalo Wings, Boston Marathon Chili (made with pork and stew beef), chips, salsa, and several Dogfish Head 60 Minute IPA, in honor of the 60 Minute Men.

Probably lots of hot chocolate inside the game.

XL Buffalo Tenders order from 99 as usual.

Then I'll get a large fountain soda from Taco Bell/BK to go along with it during the game.

I've gotten bored with the "normal" stuff. Was thinking of bringing my cast iron griddle pan and placing on top of the grill to do eggs, bacon, sausage, etc, etc.

Hmmm. Don't know yet. If we win it'll be over around 3:30 for me (CA time) so I'll head out to get something to celebrate. The next day I've promised Philly Cheesteaks for breakfast for my non Patriot football fans at work - I'm trying to make them Patriots fans by bringing goodies in when we win big games - they'll be rooting for us this week with visions of the Cheesteaks for breakfast the next day

My son loves these, (and I like em too).

I'm dying to do a breakfast for a game, but I keep getting poo-poo'd. It won't be for this game, but I will do it next year. Consequences be damned!

Home made hot wings for lunch, then salt and vinegar chips and some Mountain Dew Game Fuel during the game.

Pork Tenderloin kabob. Awesome. It's usually located next to the steak back by the meat dept. Cut it up into good size squares - like a kabob size. Then marinate in Italian Salad dressing. NOt creamy italian and not that light ****. You can also marinate your veggies in it too. Peppers, mushrooms, onions, whatever. Then put it together and throw it on the grille. It's nicely complimented by white rice. Devine...
