I started following football in the early 70's. So, I'm not going to comment on Unitas,Baugh,O.Graham. But, I have always thought that Joe Montana was the best qb I've ever seen. If Tom pulls off a 19-0 this year. I'm moving him from 1b to 1a. The rest of my top 5 are; Elway,P.Manning and Favre.
Hate to leave Marino and Aikman out. But, I don't think Marino had the patience of the other guys. And, Aikman's awful stats in poor weather make me downgrade him too. On a picture perfect 75 degree day. Troy was as good as anybody. But, he'd have never been a hall of famer if he had to play in the northeast.
