Default Semi OT: Aaron Rodgers Knocked Out of Lions Game

....with a concussion.

not sure how this affects his status for next week against the Pats. I honestly hope he can go next week cuz I want to see how we do against him. He might be the second best QB we will have faced all year behind Manning.

"He’s the greatest quarterback to ever play the game. He goes from being a rookie that nobody is expecting anything from, to taking over with people saying he can’t do it, to winning three Super Bowls....It should already be obvious he’s the greatest quarterback to ever have played. "

Wasn't he questionable a few weeks ago with concussion like symptons? I'd be suprised if he suits up next week but that's just my opinion. He's still young why risk it.

Poor Rodgers, that's what happens when you can't run the ball in the least

Why would you want him to go? I want a win? I don't care how the patriots do against high rated QBs anymore. They played Rivers, Manning, Rothisburger, and flacco. There's nothing more to prove. This is a superbowl contending team. Its all about homefield now and a Rodgersless GB team helps the patriots reach that homefield goal even more.

If GB doesn't have Rodgers it could be a blowout.

If he was knocked out with a concussion, then he would not be allowed to play until he passed the baseline exams that the NFL established... Mike Wright has been out for 3 weeks now with his Concussion issues.

I'm with you. I think the Packers best approach would be to lay down for next week and come back with a vengeance in week 16!

Or Matt Flynn could throw for 350 yards and four TDs.

It is part of the reality of today's NFL, would like to have seen how we do against him.. otoh do not really care if he plays, at the end of the day a W is all that is important.

Very unfortunate. Rodgers is one of my favorite players in the league and I was looking forward to the duel of number 12s in Foxborough. Hopefully he'll be able to play.

green bay is in a dog fight for the 2 seed, and should be in a tie with CHI after we beat them today.

I suppose if they end up losing today, or figure they won't beat the Pats next week, they might as just shut down Rodgers and get him healthy. They are a very formidable #5 seed and it would not surprise me if they give ATL a run in that 2nd round of the playoffs.
