With the Colts loss tonight, can anyone play at Patriots' level right now?

Indy is mortal and has been plagued with injuries and I am still not impressed with Pittsburgh. Surprisingly, Dallas and Green Bay look to be two teams in the resurging NFC that could possibly hang with our team.

Or am I reading too much into their 8-1 records?

Pats=pre-salary cap era dynatsy. Everyone else=slaray-cap era victims. This is our history. Don't ever forget it.

After Week 9, we are indeed in a class of our own.

We will see how close other teams are by playoff time. I think that Indy, Pitt, Dallas and GB have the POTENTIAL of giving us trouble. They are now the second tier of teams, all a good TD behind us at this point.

Obviously the Colts can play at the Pats level. They did it a week ago and they nearly overcame a 6 interception performance from Manning. That's a team that could beat us if the calls and the bounces go their way.

Right now, yes they are.

A healthy Colts team can compete, but they aren't healthy. Of course, if we want to apply "if healthy" to Indy we can do the same to NE and say that no one can hang with a healthy NE squad. Lack of health for both sides obvious favors NE due to better depth.

Too bad NE can't play GB and crush them too. I bet there are GB fans out there who think they belong in the same top tier.

so if the calls and bounces didnt go Indy's way when they played us...when will they???

sawree..the Pats overcame a two INT game by Brady last week..if Peytie had throw six INTS we would have won by forty

I am really impressed with The Cowboys and Packers. The Colts need to get healthy to compete. The Steelers scare me too, but after yesterday's game, it makes me wonder, are the Browns that good, or the Steelers slightly above average. I think that the Cowboys and Colts showed they can hang with the Pats for 3 quarters, but the game is 4 quarters.

At this point, I'd be more concerned playing against the Cowboys than the Colts.
Provided of course, the game is fairly officiated, and both teams are relatively healthy.
