He's great to rotate in, resting Seymour. Seymour is better on other plays when he gets to rest on some of them, and a fresh Green may even be better -- at least on a passing down -- than a gassed Seymour straight-up. Green is a better pass rusher than Seymour.
Seymour is 315, that's not exactly Dwight Freeney. His role isn't to be a pass rusher, but to tie up linemen and collapse the pocket.
