Don't overlook the fact that their starting WLB, Freddy Keiaho, is also out. He'll probably be replaced by rookie Clint Session. And they're already missing Rob Morris at SLB for the year, so Rocky Boiman is starting there.
I heard that they activated ILB Brandon Archer for the game - if they did, they would have needed to make a counter-move, something I haven't heard of yet. That's why the depth chart I posted has 46 players.
Wow...just awesome. Asante now blankets Wayne...Seymour and Vrabel get in Manning's face all day and Addai will have to stay in and block. No excuses, we should roll...

Since Dungy knows his team is going to be blown out, he isn't playing any of his borderline players.
This has two advantages:
1. The Colts have a difficult game in San Diego next week. Having these players rested will help him avoid a two game losing streak with who-knows-what consequences.
2. In January, he'll be able to convince his team that they can beat the Patriots, and that today's blow out resulted from injuries.
I think it could back fire badly. Without his favorite target, and with a backup left tackle, Peyton Manning could get torn to shreds.
I sincerely hope he doesn't have a career ending injury today. He's been a good player and his presence adds spice to games like these.
Already heard how "Dungy, being the class act he is, won't risk his players..." Deirdof on CBS game. The ballwashing continues and the excuses are built in. I don't remember the sympathy for the Pats without Harrison, Seau, et al last January.
