King says he coaches football in high school and he teaches kids to play every play as pros irrespective of the score and time left. And said BB does the same thing and the pats dont really look at it as running up the score.They are just playing and if its 4th and 2 they will try to run their normal plays.
Allen said the same that its a professional league and they are throwing because maybe they are practicing their own game against a skins D. Said its mid season you have to continue to play .if it was the 13th or 14th game then he could bother about it.
Ismail as usual went the other way, says BB is pissed at the coaches for the spygate and he is running up the score on a respected coach like gibbs.
The anchor was so animated about this it was ridicolous.

What are the Patriots supposed to do? Play their own defense after the Redskins so they can get in some work on somebody? No. If it is a 2 minute siutation they run the 2 minute drill to get it in. This way, when it happens in the post-season they don't go "crap. we haven't ran this yet this year because we were killing people so bad before halftime we didn't need to"

Great point, so this is just like Preseason games, where a team runs plays, etc to get the practice. This is the Preseason to the Pats Postseason. They are not running up the score, they are running plays as they gear up for the Post Season.......
