Default taking out bradys knees

This seems to be the sentiment from fans everywhere. go to any rival site and I guarentee you there is a patriots thread. open the thread and you will see idiots talking about our "lack of class" yet ironically the suggest taking bradys knees out. THATS WHAT THIS HAS COME TO GUYS, scared and insecure fools no longer able to think up a real way to beat the pats so the suggestion of intentionally injuring #12 seems rational. now thats class

if it wasn't for running up the score, it would be for something else. It's the nature of jealousy and resentment.

If the Patriots continue to keep Brady in a game that the team is leading by 30 or more points in the 4th quarter then some defensive lineman are going to be going after his legs and one of these guys will be one that does not care about a fine or suspension - for that I am worried,It almost becomes inevitable if it continues although just because they will try to injure Brady does not mean they will succeed.

I could not agree more. Nothing scares me more than a Brady dropback in the fourth quarter when up by more than 30.

I wonder if Colts fans were similarly worried when they had all the 16-0 hype a few years bac and Manning broke the TD record?

Genuinely curious, not being snide.

To be fair, it's any team's best chance to beat us.

One of the Colts fans posting on this board said as much last night in a different thread.

I think this is part of the team's determined attitude... DO NOT PLAYED SCARED. This will carry over to later in the season, if they have a chance to go undefeated, and into the playoffs, if they go undefeated, so they won't tighten up. Bottom line is, injuries happen. The Patriots just want to win football games.

I have heard that a lot also. It is scary.

I would like to think that the actual football players respect eachother, the game, or appreciate the fact that football is there livelihood. I know there are some real dirtbags out there, but you also hear how manning and Brady are friends, and you always here how players on opposing teams are friends off the field.

Like I said, I know there are plenty of dirtbags in the NFL, I just hope there are enough decent people out there to hold them back.

In addition, our O line (and Brady) probably have heard this crap also, so they are probably on the look out.

This is psychological warfare. They're inside all of these teams heads now. This is what happens when you start sowing doubt into their brains. Pretty soon. Quit worrying about injuries my marshmellow brothers.

In fact, let's say the Pats kneel down for the second half of a game, that means you have our defense on the field who would risk injury. Defenses tire more quickly than offenses and injuries occur when people are tired.

Embrace the hate. It only stings until you realize you like it.
