Default It's 0-0 at half time. What do you do?

If the score is tied 17-17, you at least know the other team may be high scoring, or their defense is good at running in touchdowns. But if the score is 0-0, does the first team with 7 try to run out the clock? Do they try to play like nothing happened, and it's a 2 quarter game? Do they realize they have no chance to win the AFC East, have been beaten 38-14 and 38-7 and they can't even score points against the other AFC East teams, and whoever loses this game could very well be #4 in the AFC East? And they're both representing the same state? Pretty funny.
