Default Jeesh! Just give them the Lombardi and call of the season

Can Madden and Michaels conceed the season to the Colts anymore than they are? The Colts played very well tonight, but it is the first week of the season. The Saints collapsed but there seemed to be some weaknesses on the Colts that could be exploited by the right team especially in the first half.

This is what I hate most about Madden even more than the fact that he is the master of the obvious. He way overhypes players and teams.

Um, yup. we are back to normal now...Colts are the greatest team ever and a shoo in to win the Super Bowl...it is going to get sickening. We will just have to go into their house and ***** slap them...

Yea and how many "experts" picked the Patriots to win it all because of all the additions? Without playing a single down yet?

Atleast all the ballwashing tonight is because they're owning one of the better NFC teams.

Why the hell are you on a Pats Board during a Colts game?

Besides who cares what half of us think.

I've answered that a million times over the years. Search my posts for the answer if you really care.

It is one game. The Pats were spanked 31-0 by a team that ended up going 6-10 in the opening weekend of the 2003 season on the way to a 14-2 Super Bowl season.

The Pats were one minute away from going to the Super Bowl last year and addressed their weaknesses.

Ball washing in the preseason is typical. This kind of ball washing in the regular season is moronic. Madden does this all the time, not just with the Colts.

Hey, hey, leave Ryan alone.

The Colts are the reigning champs. You have to beat the best to be the best; the Patriots can do it.

Madden tends to do that with a lot of teams and players, inlcuding the Patriots.

In fairness to fans of all the other 31 teams, this is how they felt about us during the offseason because every media outlet declared that we could do no wrong and that the Patriots are able to walk on water.

Why all the venom? The Colts kicked the crap out of a team that was very good last year. Should Madden and Michaels been talking about how great NO is? Or the Pats?

I expected this game to a little closer, but I never once thought that NO had a shot. Once it was clear that NO left their OL back at home, the game was over. Indy just owned the LOS defensively.

Give Indy some credit. They were very aggressive on defense. At least for one game, every single guy that was replacing a lost player actually *was* better than his predecessor. Keiaho looked very good.
