Default Semi-OT: Talk about Pyrrhic victories

In a word, OUCH.

GIANTS DROPPING LIKE, WELL, GIANTS IN BALTIMORE

Somebody must have taken an axe to the beanstalk, because Giants are falling left and right on Sunday night.

The most serious of the bunch is receiver Michael Jennings, who ruptured an Achilles' tendon while making a reception in the first quarter.

Also, safety Will Demps dislocated an elbow, and cornerback Sam Madison pulled a hamstring. Receiver Steve Smith has a concussion.

Also factor in no Strahan, no Tiki. The skids are being greased for Coughlin's exit.

And the worst news... Eli Manning is still healthy.

A preseason victory is one in which no one was injured. The final score is irrelevant.

Since Coughlin came to coach the Giants, they've been riddled by injuries every year.

IMHO-you have to blame Coughlin b/c apparently, his conditioning program is just not very good at all.
