Default OT - Hey KokomoDave

I've noticed that you're somewhat cordial while posting here, not going out of the way to insult or slam anyone during your time on this board. But then I read a thread about Freeney's new contract and find this little gem over on Indystar:

Your link isn't working... He's going to be a nonfactor this year, too worried about how he's going to spend his money...

not overpaid? he is definitely not the best defensive player in the league, and he should not be paid like he is.
He is a key to the colts defense though, and is one of the few decent players on their defense. So it was important to keep him.

Also your link doesn't work

I agree he's not the best defensive player in the league, top 10 yes, top 5, doubt it. If anyone remembers correctly any team that has good running games against the Colts, a majority of the big runs were in Freeney's direction. Only time the Colts run defense was any good was when Sanders played.

Also, he posted the link over on Indystar, I just copied his entire post. Blame him.

This is the same guy that says "If Simon comes back to play....the Colts will have the best defensive line in football"

After reading that....I don't listen to anything that comes out of his mouth.

I am not sure if he is top 10, but he is very good.
Also, do you know if he is the highest paid defensive player right now? Or was it of all time, because i heard that somewhere, and I will blame him for the link.

Too funny! I saw this same post over there and thought the "handle" sounded familiar. When it comes to Homers and Kool-Aid the Indy Star is full to capacity. Most people over there couldn't have an insightful, football Xs and Os discussion if their lives depended on it.

Polian doesn't need anyone to apologize for him. Love him or hate him, you have to admit that he's been pretty darn good at his job for a long long time. Same with Dungy.

trust me. I know a LOT about parenting, and i would definitely, definitely, say that Tony Dungy is a horrible father.

Classy........
