This tells me the Cardinals defense is the worst in the country.

Monty Beisel deserves a 2 year contract like Chris Canty deserves a franchise tag.

I thought Dennis Green was fired?

BTW, how many snaps on the regular D did Monty have? Were any of those snaps at OLB? He obviously doesn't have what it takes to play ILB. He may make a decent backup OLB, perhaps.

He may have what it takes to play MLB in a 4-3. Taking on guards vs. taking on the fullback is a pretty big difference.

He's a gamer that was just overmatched here in our 3-4. I don't think Whisenhunt is an idiot so Biesel's resigning seems to be a decent endorsement of his performance down there.
