Default If Miami matches, what would be next..

If for some reason Miami matches it, which is very unlikley if the reports are true... Do we offer say a Donte Stallworth those kind of numbers??? Or go in another direction...

Holy crap i hope they match.

That would be absolutely hilarious.

And it would hurt them bigtime.

Go ahead and match it you morons.

Dolphins are crappy animals anyways, what a joke. They are like midget whales but without the sense of pride and authority.

They suck enough. They will problably lose out on Porter too. They are trading away players, cutting everyone and not signing anybody. I would feel pity for them but their fans are such a bunch of ass holes and idiots(visit finheaven) I just couldnt do that.

They WILL NOT MATCH. I live in So. FLA and all they're talking about around here is how "Cam Cam" (I had to find the gayest nickname for him and that's the best I could do) and Huizenga are completely gutting the team for draft picks this year and in later years. They won't match the offer because Miami wants to build it's team through the draft (pretty good chance they could end up with Brady Quinn and that's a good start). They're also shopping around McMichael and could end up with a 1st to 2nd rounder for him. Welker is a Patriot and he is now one of my favorite Patriots.

I guess I look at it a different way. I hate the Dolphins as much as the next guy, but they do need to clean house. They have a rotten team and are pinned close to the salary cap. How else do you improve the team in the long run unless you start getting rid of overpaid dead wood? Sometimes a team needs to get worse so it can get better. IMO that is where the Phins are. They have a very aged team and need to stop being "competitive" just to look good so they can figure out how to undo the mess of Saban. Saban was their shot at winning with the old team. It didn't work. Get some salary cap room by making some sacrifices and rebuild the team. They have a good RB to build on. They need a QB, WR, Oline. The defense must be infused with yout through a quality draft. IMO that is why they are cleaning house. Get those picks over the next few years. Just my 2cents

Sounds like they get it.

Looks like they've been watching the Super Bowl champs.

Yet we killed the Pats and we seem to beat them at least once a year.... this year with Joey Harrington, and the Pats are taking the players from Miami, cause they "suck", well I guess the Pats suck now! No one is looking at you for a source of knowledble football moves, so who cares what you think the Fins should or shouldn't be doing. BTW, genius....what's the best player Miami has let go so far?? Welker? Our 3rd WR? You're clueless.
