Exactly.
And I think they've served the fanbase pretty well even before this offseason,cap space and all. Belichick and Pioli are brilliant,and Kraft is a genius at making money and spending it where it counts- providing the Patriots with everything they need to succeed.
This year they had the money to spend on the "Now" and they have the draft picks to spend on the future.
