Default Once a Patriots Fan..ALWAYS A Patriots Fan...

So...Our Potential 4th has slipped away..It was a devastating blow.I thought we played a solid game, the Defense just Could NOT seem to get off that field..Though,With that having been said.I am at work today wearing my Tedy Bruschi Jersey,My Throwback Beanie...and my Superbowl Pin on the sleeve...And so,as I walked into work this morning and was bombarded with comments about my Beloved Pats..I say this...ONCE A PATRIOTS FAN...ALWAYS A PATRIOTS FAN!

Amen, P4E. Considering that the Pats were supposed to be 'done' after the loss of those who shall not be named, it's pretty hard to get too down on them. It's of little consolation of course. The SD game just took a lot out of them and it showed in the second half.

Good post, P4E.

I guess something is to be said for waiting to post until the morning after. I'd probably have been better served doing the same.

Agreed 100%, although a very tough loss to swallow and while it's still hurting to see a loss in that manner to that team, I geared up with my pats hat and gloves (wish I could wear jerseys to work) and strolled on in. One guy in the elevator was asking why I was still wearing pats stuff after a loss like that, my response was "Unlike the many bandwagon fair weather fans, I'm a true pats fan regardless of wins or losses". It was almost like the guy didn't know how to respond. Let's hope for a good off season to prepare for next season.

Tough loss but this has been a great season. Now it is time to look to the future.

I have my Patriots sweatshirt on...just getting ready to head out to the gym. I will wear it with pride.

I am not so much upset by the loss..........but now I am going to be forced to look at Peyton Manning's smug face for 2 more weeks.

Not that I am a sore loser or anything

I still love you Tom

Yeah, I tried really hard not to throw anything or smash any furnature. All that worked, but I guess my post was my way of getting it out.

What an exciting season we were given by this team that exceeded all but four other teams in football. They once again kept our hearts in it to very last second - I think to ask much more is to wish for the impossible.
