That one I don't get.

He shook his hand both times in the regular season. Granted they were short, but saying he didn't is just lying!

I take what those dolts on ESPN say with a grain of salt.

I remember listing to a rant by a pundit and he was comparing an upcoming game to historical match-ups. He mentioned David vs. Golliath, Ali vs. Frasier, etc. Then he says Jason vs. the Argonauts! (?)

It doesn't take a lot of brains to be a sports analyist.

Did LT get upset and call Merriman classless when he sent Jason Taylor popcorn through the mail so he could have something to eat while he watched the playoffs?

Actually the only reason this game means more to you is that it ended your season. And you can't accept it.

The Chargers ended the Patriots historic 21 win streak which the team was rightly proud of. But the Chargers were not satisfied with just breaking our streak. Their coach had to proclaim it "an ass whupping" and a charger player had to shout out "f*** the patriots and f*** their fans."

Yeah that's REAL CLASSY!! What a JOKE!! If the skins in San Diego are that thin maybe they shouldn't be shoveling out the trashtalk when they can't take it themselves!! Sorry guy but LT just came off as the worst sore loser on the planet, and the Chargers fans along with him.

But you know what talk is CHEAP when you get your season ended! In the end the mud flinging by LT is just that, simply talk and dirt flinging. LT needs to grow up because he doesn't look CLASSY to me. He just looks like another loser trying to find an excuse to discredit the Patriots and what they accomplished on Sunday.

He would just chalk it up to using a "football expression."

He'd simply claimed it was juiced induced.

Huh?...like the respect Roid-erriman showed after a QB pressure in the 1st quarter? THAT kind of idiotic, moronic, classless respect? Like the ridiculous personal foul penalty by your braindead corner who went ballistic over a pass play and cost your team 15 yards and a first down? THAT respect?

Please, spare us your sanctimonious platitudes...the Chargers were exposed for the classless punks they've been all year...and I'd take ONE Troy Brown over 53 jerkoff
Merrimans any and every time

The Chargers are looking for "respect" as the best team in the league. I think they were so sure that they were going to win the SB this year that they are in shock after losing.

Charger Team and Charger Fans, here's some advice. If you really are concerned about respect and/or class

1) Stop talking about it.

2) Start acting like it.

3) Win a Superbowl (or three or four...).
