The most biased article I have ever read. Seriously, Vic Ketchman can go kick rocks, pound sand, cry in a corner. Whatever, this guy needs to get over it! Do you ever see these crap articles on the Pats websites or Mike Reiss on Boston.com? I really like Reiss because he is totally unbiased and always gives credit to the other teams unlike crybaby Ketchman.

“I thought we should’ve had the ball back,” safety Deon Grant said. “When the dude hit his arm, it was already forward.”

A trend that really irratates me with NFL players, most players don't even know their opponents by name, they either call them by number or dude. That's what makes the differnce between teams like the Pats, Colts, Chargers, Ravens to teams like Bengals, Jaguars and others pretenders. They make an effort to actually study their opponents and get familiar with them instead of half assing it and just remembering their number.

What a whiner.

The vaunted VIC should be asking himself why Jacksonville didn't make any multitude of plays today that could have saved the Jags' season. Or last week against Tennessee, who racked up all of 98 yards of total offense, but still managed to win. Or in two losses against the 4-11 Houston Texans.

But, he puts it all on the officials like they screwed Jax. Way to be accountable, CHUMP.

You want to know what getting screwed is? Asante Samuel being flagged for pass interference in the playoffs last January is just one example. Bad calls are a part of the game...but dedicating an entire column (whinefest) to how the Jags got hosed on one call...pretty disgraceful.

Time for Vic to man up and try to answer some more important questions as they relate to his team:

1. Why do they blow so badly on the road?
2. Why did they give up three defensive TDs to the Titans last week, when Vince Young had the most pitiful outing of his young (get it?) career?
3. Where was the vaunted Jags' D when Laurence Maroney blasted through them for the decisive score in the 4th quarter?

Life is tough. I was furious with some of the calls in last January's playoff loss to the Broncos. But, at the end of the day, nobody cares.

The Jags' season didn't have to come down to that one "blown" call. Shame on Jack Del Rio and his players for letting it come to that.

From Reiss:
Quote:
DE Paul Spicer
(on the result)
"They had great field position for the game to go the way it did. For a defense, it's a sickening feeling when you have to go out there and watch their quarterback move the ball down. I would like to say some choice words, but we are on television."
You talked a good game on the field Paul, no need to talk afterwards as the result was determined when you were jacking your jaw and getting knocked on your backside.

Cool Re: Fred taylor's comments.

I really hope that the Jags make the playoffs and they have to come to NE.

I would like to see Ingram get very severely cheap shotted after his on Brady. I agree that it would be nice to see them come north for a game. Would be incredible fun for them to lose on a Brady tuck rule call. Those officials sucked but did not determine the outcome of the game.
