Default Tomase knocks one out of the park...

http://patriots.bostonherald.com/pat...format=&page=1

As I've been wont to say as of late, some of you are a little too harsh on Tomase. He does not deserve the title of "hater" that guys like Felger and Borges have earned. He sometimes says stuff we flat out don't agree with, but other times it's just stuff we don't want to hear or acknowledge. This is one of the best articles I've read in awhile - great premise, great execution and a great read.

Good read. It's interesting to not only look at the leaders who have left but also the guys who will replace them.

Has he ever written an article that didn't, in one way or another, make reference to the Red Sox?

Other than that, nice article.

Nice article, I agree completely as much as the national media bemoans our loss of the McGinnest's, Vinateri's, Milloy et al and how they cannot be replaced... it is nice to see that one of our locals understands the dynamics of this team.

Good read. If Tomase can continue to dig and get background information into his articles, he'll gain more respect from his readers. It's good to keep in mind that he's fairly new to this beat and Foxboro is a tough nut to crack.

Whenever Tomase references the RedSox in Patriots articles, it clearly shows what he would rather be doing and probably is a sub-conscious reflection of that desire.

Using the Red Sox as an example of leadership and chemistry while discussing the Patriots, is ridiculous, and is the equivalent of comparing a child building a sand castle to an Architect on the topic of structural stability.
