Worse comes to worse, you could probably put Mills in as LB. Can't be worse than Monty. Or maybe Graham. I bet he'd be outplaying Monty within a week or two.

They don't. Mincey, a 6th round pick that played DE in college doesn't make the team at linebacker over a guy who has a year into the system. I still have hopes that Biesel will come around playing next to Tedy for a full season. Mincey might make the team on ST while he learns LB but we're too short on LB's with NFL AND Patriot experience at the position. If we're not going to carry 3 QB's on the 53 man roster, an extra spot is available.

FWIW, both rook and I posted rosters yesterday with 10 linebackers on the 53. In addition, Woods and Roach will probably be on the Practice Squad.

If Vrabel moves inside, I would agree with Mincey.
