Default Vrabel has to play ILB this year and Guss

that's all there is to it. Poor Beisel, he needs a new career.

Did anyone see Guss Scott's tackle of Duckett? He went up to him, stopped his (own) momentum and kind of reached out to bring him down. Pathetic. Made about 5 yards after contact.

I guess they don't really teach tackling after high school. None of that "make your body a missile" like Rodney.

It's ONE pre-season game. The Chicken Little, Knee Jerk Quotient on this board is higher than ever.

The way I see it,Vrabel and Scott will play where BB sees fit.If the fans could decide the roster depth. We would be sitting in contention with the Lions or 49ers.No Offense. But can u truly support these comments after just one preseason game?

Right now Vrabel and Bru inside sounds REALLY, REALLY good. I'd take a Mincey, Brown or TBC outside over Beisel, or the like, inside.

Yeah, you're right. Beisel, Gardner, Alexander, Don DAvis, Klecko, and Izzo are all much better option at ILB than switching Vrabel to inside and having another OLB who can actually tackle.

Those are some real all starts. Mix of street free agents and ST specialists.

No way, you mean I'm not allowed to give an opinion on who s/b on the roster?

Yes, I can support those comments after one game. There's an outside chance Gardner might show something and Alexander is still young, but I think the best option is Bruschi and Vrabel. Beisel is a waste of a position. You'd probably be better just playing an extra safety than having him in there.

And Guss Scott not knowing how to tackle a big RB...nah, that's that a deal breaker for a safety. I'm sure he'll "learn" how to tackle by regular season right?

I'm just saying bro that after one game don't be so hard on them.Beisel is trying.I wish we had better but right now we don't so we need to have faith.I can count on one hand the amount of games that Guss Scott has started since being drafted here. That's got to play a part someplace in your thinking right?

Maybe I missed it but why was Beisel second string behind Gardner and Don f'n Davis ? That alone makes me wonder where Beisel really is.

Perhaps BB was just trying a different combo for this game. He has to give everyone a shot, after all.

Did you the tackle Scott made on one of Atlanta's running back near the beginning of the game. I'd have to go back and watch my recording to remember who it was but it was a complete open field tackle. He just took the Falcons player's legs right out from under him.
